My stay at Palace Hotel in Bari was truly exceptional. The hotel's central location made it the perfect base for exploring the city's historic sites and enjoying the local cuisine. The room, though slightly outdated, was comfortable and met all my needs, ensuring a restful stay.One of the highlights of my time at the hotel was indulging in the "chic and glamour" aperitif on the Terrazza Murat. The breathtaking view of the city skyline combined with exquisite international tastes made for a memorable evening. The newly opened panoramic restaurant on the roof provided a unique dining experience, offering a taste of both local and international cuisine in a stunning setting.The Palace Hotel's attention to detail truly stood out, from the classic furnishings in the superior room to the impeccable service at the Convention Center. The hotel's rich history, including its ties to Italian fashion icon Gianni Versace, added an extra layer of charm to my stay.
